Tayo and Idris were brought through via limosine and were on stage with IK, waiting to hear which one of them will be crowned this season’s winner.Idris was wearing an eye catching suit while Tayo prefered to appear more casual of the twowhile watching his final video of his 63 days in the house.
IK sings “Mr Loverman, Idris.” Idris, the funnyman of the house, discusses having fun in the house during the last week, IK asks Tayo if the pressure got to him towards the end and he says that he chilled for the past week as he felt he had done everything already. Tayo says that he would give a “grand prize” to the woman who “walked into his house.” Idris says that he will “give the money back to Africa.” We are not sure that you can take him literally on this.
IK stands on stage with the final envelope that reveals the winner. “The winner of Big Brother Hotshots is…” IK leaves them hanging, the drone keeps droning on, IK extends their agony. “That person is Idris.
The crowed woke up to a huge roar screaming the name Idris in their mouth both children,women and men were both overwhelmed with joy as the man of the day was down on his knees his faces filled with happiness and not believing what had just happened
Idris is now USD300 000 richer. Both are winners, Tayo played an amazing game but Idris is the ultimate winner and there is much joyous celebration. A popular winner indeed. Take a bow Idris, Africa salutes you.
